Like other iPods, the 1GB Shuffle uses a circular control wheel to allow fast and easy navigation to the tracks of your choice.

The iPod Shuffle enables 240 to be stored and randomly accessed whilst on the move. The 1GB Shuffle's 'Shuffle Switch' can go two ways - flip it once to Shuffle through your iPods content, flip it again to play your handpicked tracks in the order you synced them from iTunes. Use its dock and iTunes interface to load a fresh selection instantly.

Battery life is not compromised in this tiny unit - the Shuffle can last up to 12 hours on a single charge. The battery indicator light will let you know when your battery is low using coloured lights to indicate battery life remaining.
